It's time to turn off the auto-pilot and take the steering wheel. Because you want a change. There's something (maybe a few things) you want to be different.

Where you are is not where you have to stay.

There can be several steps in the change process. Just because you haven't done something yet, doesn't mean you can't.

The words "I am" can be the most comforting, but also the most limiting words in any language.

It's time to figure out how to use your desires, strengths and challenges as a catalyst to becoming who you want.

Erin has a way of pointing you in the right direction...

...to find the answers you're looking for. She has a patient way of helping me look at things from a different perspective or perspectives. I don't want to say she's led me to any answers. I'd say she walked next to me on the path and pointed out things that made it easier for me to find my answers. I also recently moved into a new place and she was an amazing help in making the move and subsequent settling in easier than I expected. Once again, helping me find my own groove."

"Erin truly knows how to achieve the right balance between work and play, making sessions fun...

She has pushed me past what I thought I was capable of and is always very supportive. Erin truly cares about each of her clients and wants the best for them. She is such a kind and passionate person and a delight to work with, I’m so glad I found out about her!"

“Erin is eager to find the area her clients will benefit from most...

As an athlete and Mom, my biggest takeaway from coaching with Erin was having immediate support to maintain my daily workouts when my gym was suddenly closed for two weeks, due to a flood. In just our first coaching call, I was able to create a workout plan and figure out how to gather a motivating group to join me. I successfully worked out outside with friends until the gym opened - didn't miss a workout! Also, Erin and I discussed the concept of intuitive eating - I find it very valuable as support for my athletic pursuits. Erin is eager to find the area her clients will benefit from most. She instinctively narrows down the wide range of possibilities to figure out just what her clients need. I highly recommend Erin's services."

“I feel more content and confident...

I had the opportunity to talk to Erin, and she patiently listened to whatever my thoughts and blocks were. I'm even re-writing my about me page and that is really helping me to know who I really am, and how I want to present it to people. Ever since having my session with her I feel more content and confident in who I am. She will help you connect to your innerself."

“A big batch of new ideas and strategies...

Erin excels at delivering a whole host of new perspectives on that puzzle you want to solve. I would recommend working with Erin if you enjoy being served a big batch of new ideas and strategies to try on, as you work to get to that next stage on your path.

During just our first conversation, I found myself saying or thinking several times 'I've never thought of it that way' or 'I've never thought of that before.' Erin helped me see that what I thought were my weaknesses, could actually be my strengths. That showing more about the deeper parts of who I am could be the thing that helps me accomplish what I want to do: help people. She had thoughts and ideas on communication and connection that I hadn't considered before. I'm grateful that I now have new things to express and explore in my writing.

Erin helped me see that there is nothing wrong with being who I am, with being different. She showed me that I can still do what I want to do and contribute meaningfully to the world by bringing my gifts, and that knowing my weaknesses makes me more powerful, as I can work with them instead of against them, to achieve my goals."

“Thank you for the support and encouragement...

...at an important time in my life! Coaching has helped me focus on ME and what I want, not what I think other people want from me. I realized you CAN have the life you want, you just have to make it happen and have positive support."

People say "you just have to believe in yourself" before you can accomplish something. And of course believing in yourself can help...

but if you wait until you believe in yourself to do something, you may never do it.

coaching helps find the reasons behind what you want, and then helps you find a way to get it done.

Change is absolutely possible, though admittedly it can be one of the hardest things a human can do. So if you've failed and failed again, or you simply don't know where to start, you're not alone.

You can ditch the stress eating, the zoning out in front of the television, and the sleeping late. you can have better relationships and work that means something to you. you can wake up with a new sense of direction and find meaning in every morning.*

*Even if your natural morning starts at noon.

Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.
— Many people

So what can coaching help you achieve?

Here's just a few examples:

  • Waking up each morning looking forward to the day

  • standing up for yourself in a way that feels good

  • Finding a job that makes you feel good about what you do

  • Finding more meaning in a job you already have

  • Figuring out a work out routine that you actually want to do

  • Going from not being able to run a mile, to running an ultra marathon

  • Singing on nashville's Music Row

  • Dancing on stage in front of 6,000 people

  • developing more respectful relationships

  • Starting a business from scratch

How It Works

Individual Coaching

These sessions are structured yet highly customized based on the person. Each technique and modality is tailored to the specific personality and goals of the person in the session. These are not sessions that dispense easily Google-able information and feel-good quotes (though I do appreciate those sometimes).

The focus in these sessions is making real change. Your assumptions will be challenged, and your perspectives shifted. Every person I've ever coached has said something like "Wow, I've never thought of that before."

Whether you want to make a career change, improve your relationships, or desire true health (not just the absence of disease), these sessions will help get you there.

These sessions or projects are best for those looking to improve their company culture and have happy, healthy, motivated employees (which can improve your bottom line). This may include improving communications, streamlining systems, improving morale, and more.
