Individual Coaching

These sessions are structured yet highly customized based on the person. Each technique and modality is tailored to the specific personality and goals of the person in the session. These are not sessions that dispense easily Google-able information and feel-good quotes (though I do appreciate those sometimes).

The focus in these sessions is making real change. Your assumptions will be challenged, and your perspectives shifted. Every person I've ever coached has said something like "Wow, I've never thought of that before."

Whether you want to make a career change, improve your relationships, or desire true health (not just the absence of disease), these sessions will help get you there.
